WHO IS HOUSE BABYLON?

House Babylon is a luxury British bedding brand offering a range of premium,
ethically sourced, 100% authentic Egyptian cotton bedlinen. Available online in the UK at housebabylon.com and online in Egypt at me.housebabylon.com , we make the process of buying luxury bedlinen simple with a curated selection of styles and colours delivered direct to your doorstep without the inflated thread counts, supply chain process or exclusive price tags.

HOW IS THE BED LINEN MADE?

All our bed linen products are made of certified, handpicked Egyptian Cotton
grown around the delta Region in Egypt. Absolutely every fabric is certified
highest-grade Oeko-Tex, using all environmentally-friendly dyes

WHAT CERTIFICATION DO YOU HAVE?

All our fabric is Oeko-Tex certified. The bed linen collection is made of 100% certified Egyptian cotton. The bathrobes are Turkish cotton certified.
All pillows and duvets are EDFA certified.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

We currently offer bedding in Single, Double, King and Super King. All UK sizes. For exact measurement view our size chart.

HOW DEEP ARE THE FITTED SHEETS?

All our fitted sheets are 30CM deep.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship worldwide

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All orders over 2000 EGP quality for free standard shipping. Shipping costs may vary depending on the country of the shipment. The final cost of shipping will be displayed at the checkout.

HOW CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?

Discount codes can be applied when viewing your cart or in the checkout process in the field: 'Add gift card / promo code'. Please note that there are exclusions on what products are eligible for discounts.

Please note that discounts cannot be applied after the order has been placed and discounts are not possible to combine.

WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Place your order before 1pm and you will receive it for the next working day. Please note there are no deliveries on Friday.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
At House Babylon, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our team at customercare@housebabylon.com
within 14 days of receipt for a refund or a replacement of any item of the same value. Items on sale are strictly non-refundable.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

We are online only.

AFTER YOU ORDER

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to change your order, please get in touch with us and we will try our best to alter the order. Our orders are processed immediately after being placed and are most likely not amendable.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive an additional email notifying of the shipping details. You can use the tracking on the confirmation email to track your parcel’s every step. All our orders are tracked and signed for.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Our orders are processed immediately after being placed, and can therefore not be changed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard shipping takes 2–3 business days. If you place your order before 1 pm you will receive it for the next working day (Cairo - Giza - Alexandria).

CAN I IRON MY SHEETS?

Absolutely. We highly recommend ironing your sheets.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

Kindly contact us at customercare@houseebabylon.com and we will get a replacement to you straight away.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 10 days. It takes 1–2 days to transfer the refund to your payment account. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund.

CAN MY ORDER BE GIFTWRAPPED?

Yes, when viewing your cart please tick the 'Gift wrapping' option. Products are automatically packed together. To receive your products individually wrapped, please order them separately.
