For this special edition, Chef Hourig Mekhtigian curates an Armenian-inspired menu, a reflection of the quiet conversations shared between cultures over centuries with dishes that carry the imprint of migration, storytelling, and the quiet ways culture finds new homes through food.
Following the meal, Sheikh Zain Mahmoud will take the stage, his Sufi chants and folk melodies transporting us into a realm of deep reverence—transcendental and ecstatic.
