Join us in downtown Cairo for an evening with The Supper Club by House Babylon. An Unauthorized Alteration of Egypt is a gathering that honors the revival of Egyptian heritage with a modern reimagining. Chef Dina Hosni has crafted a menu inspired by traditional Egyptian dishes that are slowly disappearing from daily life. Complementing the culinary experience, artist Yasmeen El-Meleegy presents Future Farms, an installation that explores the evolution of Egypt’s agricultural landscape and the political dynamics influencing our food.
